Property Concierge of Pagosa Springs offers Personalized Home Care Services tailored to meet your individual property needs. Our Home Care Services are available on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly arrangement as well as on an as needed basis. Our Property Concierge and Caretaking  Services provide the additional layers of personal attention which make life more comfortable and altogether more pleasant.

Our services are based on the size of the home, location and frequency of service rendered but generally speaking our services start at 140.00 per month. We have expanded our areas of operation to include Bayfield, Vallecito area and Durango.
